Prayer
Prayer changes things. Prayer changes people.
Antioch has ministries that exist to reach out to our church family and provide practical and emotional support in times of need. When members experience various life challenges, our ministries provide support through phone calls, visits, or other means to help the person or family get through the challenges.
If you would like someone to pray with you, we have prayer ministries available. Please complete the prayer request form and let us know how we can care for you.
Philippians 4:6-7
Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.Life can be very challenging to deal with at times. Sickness, sorrow, stress, and strain have no biases. They happen to all of us or, at least, to someone we love or know. But the good news is that we are not alone.
Jesus, because of His great love for us, has afforded many things to us to help in our times of suffering, two of which are:
1. Access to God through prayer, and 2. Acts of care through the service of the church.
