ABOUT US

“As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith” – Galatians 6:10

Located in the Oak Cliff section of Dallas, just near the border of DeSoto, Antioch has been actively in the community, spreading God’s message since 1986. We are a church committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ and committed to leading lost souls to the salvation of Christ. “We Build People.”

Under the direction of Senior Pastor Dr. Karry D. Wesley, growing from a membership of 539 to more than 5,500, our church witnessed another blessing from God when we moved into our newly built facility in 2002. All of our programs are designed to encourage and foster spiritual growth and development for our family of faith and for those who have not yet received Him. Recognizing that every person needs a biblical moral compass to guide and protect him or her throughout life, we focus on Bible study, ministering to those in need and fellowshipping with one another through our worship experience.

We have more than 60 ministries housed under the divisions of: Administration, Business, Christian Education, Children, High School and Young Adults, Pastoral Care, Recreation and Community Services and Music. We believe that everyone has unique gifts that can be offered to the various ministries. Whether it’s singing God’s praises in one of our choirs or serving on the Restoration Ministry, ministering to those who are incarcerated, there is plenty opportunity to share your gift! Our Sunday worship experiences are a time to rejoice in the wondrous works of God.
